Shipping & Packaging
We will ship all jewelry orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Rush orders are also available upon request. Each jewelry piece will be individually packaged in a felt pouch. A shipping and handling fee of $8.00 will be added to every order and includes insurance up to $200. Additional insurance for orders more than $200 will be added at your expense.

Returns
Due to nature of our business, we are unable to accept full returns. However, we are happy to do exchanges for a different item within 30 days of shipping. Please call our office for a Return Authorization Number before you return or exchange any item.

Repairs
We will repair your jewelry for the life of your purchase. In some cases, beads and findings may not be readily available. We will do our best to match the design as closely as possible. Please call us first to receive a Repair Authorization Number. Any charges that apply will be assessed prior to our repairing.
